Does your blood type shapes your personality

I wasn't feeling very well so I searched for some medicine. Finally i found it, but what is more importante there was some notice about blood types and use of the medicine. I didn't think much (if ever) why do I have blood type "0", and why is that diferent from type "A", not in medical terms but in terms of  my personality.
So let us begin.

Why do some people have poor health, while others are vital even in old age? Does blood type has an impact on personality? One drop of blood makes you unique as a fingerprint. Your blood type is the key to unlocking the secrets of biochemical individuality.

Blood type 0 blood group is the first of our ancestors who were cunning, aggressive predators. Aspects of these blood groups remain essential in any society, even to this day. Leadership, proactivity, energy and focus are among the best features of people with blood type O. They can be very powerful and productive, however, when under stress may be angry, hyperactive and impulsive. Poor diet, lack of exercise, unhealthy behaviors or high levels of stress, making them more susceptible to the adverse metabolic effects, including insulin resistance, reduced thyroid activity and weight gain.Your genetic inheritance offers the opportunity to be strong, productive, long-lived and optimistic.

What makes you unique? Because your blood type you are predisposed to certain diseases, such as ulcers and thyroid dysfunction. Members of blood group 0 often have low thyroid hormone levels and insufficient levels of iodine, a chemical element whose sole purpose is the regulation of thyroid hormone. This causes many side effects such as weight gain, fluid retention and fatigue.

They also have higher levels of gastric acid than other blood groups, which often results in stomach irritation and ulcers in the stomach.

In Japan, blood group has long been associated with the type of personality. You may be asked for blood group on a job interview! Members of blood group 0 is usually described as responsible, determined, organized, focused, conscientious and practical. It is believed that they can concentrate better and are better logicians. It is believed that this stems from the fact that their ancestors were hunters who had to observe and accurately assess the environment to ensure survival.

Stress can cause excessive bouts of anger and hyperactivity. Crazy with this blood group are more vulnerable to destructive behavior when they are overly tired, depressed or bored. This may include gambling, sensation seeking, risk taking and impulsivity. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine may be particularly harmful for raising adrenaline and noradrenaline, which are already high in people with this blood group. Regular physical activity is crucial because it is relaxing the entire body. More than any other blood type, blood group 0 relies on physical exercise for health and emotional stability. Regular physical activity is required three to four times a week. For best results, aerobic activity is required thirty to forty-five minutes at least four times a week.
Set clear goals and plans for the tasks, whether they are annual, monthly, weekly or daily in order to avoid impulsive reactions. Bring these lifestyle changes gradually. Eat all meals, snacks and even sitting at the table. Chew slowly and eat at ease. Avoid making major decisions or spending money when they are under stress. When you're anxious, engage in physical activity. Exercise for thirty to forty-five minutes of aerobic exercise at least four times a week.

Drink Wine to Reduce Risk of Alzheimer Disease

Drinking a small or moderate amounts of alcohol can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and some forms of senile dementia, shows us the latest German research.

Drinking a small or moderate amounts of alcohol can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and some forms of senile dementia, shows us the latest German research.
Although the researchers point out that we need to blame heavy drinking for about 10 percent of all cases of dementia, researchers reported that consumption of one to two drinks a day appears to protect against the overall incidence of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
However, researchers warn that research has not found evidence of lower risk for either vascular dementia or general cognitive decline. Nor is it clear whether the risk varies by type of alcohol that is consumed.

Parkinson’s disease - new studies

Ability to ride a bike could be key to diagnosing certain forms of Parkinson’s disease, after doctors determined that it is far cheaper and more accurate than the various tests.

A team of researchers from the Netherlands, explains how those with standard Parkinson’s disease have a higher probability that will be able to ride a bike, unlike those with atypical Parkinson’s disease who can not.
Only four percent of those with the standard form of Parkinson’s disease have not been able to ride a bike, compared with those who have an atypical form of the state where more than half could not ride a bike.
Atypical form of Parkinson’s disease will likely include cognitive and memory problems, as well as the tremor that is associated with a standard form of the disease and may require different treatment.

Osteoporosis

Osteopenia is defined as decreased bone density due to bone loss. Osteopenia is often a precursor to osteoporosis, which can lead to fractures. These two medical term is sometimes confusing, but it is important to know the difference.

Osteopenia is defined as decreased bone density due to bone loss. Osteopenia is often a precursor to osteoporosis, which can lead to fractures. These two medical term is sometimes confusing, but it is important to know the difference.
The biggest difference between osteopenia and osteoporosis is that osteoporosis is not considered a disease, and osteoporosis is. Instead, osteopenia is considered an indicator of fracture risk.
This can be easily be measured by bone density scan. Before testing, the radiologist uses the term osteopenia to describe the bones that are more transparent than normal.
Osteopenia has no symptoms. You will not notice the pain or change in bone density, although the risk of breaking bones increases as the bone becomes less dense.

Diabetes symptoms

Diabetes is a serious condition. However, you can manage your diabetes and have an active and healthy life.

Symptoms of diabetes are often subtle. Early symptoms of diabetes, especially type 2, may be subtle or seemingly harmless, if any. You can have diabetes for months or even years and not have any symptoms of diabetes.

Understanding possible diabetes symptoms can lead to early diagnosis and treatment. If you have any of the following signs and symptoms of diabetes, see your doctor.

Excessive thirst and frequent urination
Excessive thirst and increased urination are classic signs and symptoms of diabetes.
When you have diabetes, excess sugar (glucose) accumulates in the blood. Your kidneys are forced to work intensively in order to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If the kidneys can not keep track of, the excess sugar is excreted in the urine along with fluids from the tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which can lead to dehydration. Drinking more fluids to quench thirst, and leads to frequent urination.

Some parts of the body are especially affected by exposure to different types of radiation. Several factors are involved in determining the potential health effects of radiation exposure.
They include
  1. dose (amount of energy stored in the body)
  2. ability of radiation to harm human tissues
  3. which organs are affected
The most important factor is the dose – the amount of energy stored in the body. As more energy is absorbed into the cells, the greater the damage is. Absorbed dose is the amount of energy absorbed per gram of tissue.
Hair
Loss of hair occurs in radiation exposure at 200 REM and more.
Brain
Radiation exposure around 5,000 REM or higher can damage the brain. The radiation kills nerve cells and small blood vessels and can cause seizures and immediate death.
Thyroid

Certain body parts are more affected by exposure to different types of radiation. The thyroid gland is sensitive to radioactive iodine. In sufficient amounts, radioactive iodine can destroy the whole or part of the thyroid
Blood System
When a person is exposed to radiation from about 100 REM, the number of lymphocytes in the blood will decrease, leaving victims susceptible to infections. This is often referred to as mild radiation sickness. Early symptoms of radiation sickness resemble those of flu and may go unnoticed if you do not do blood tests.
According to data from Hiroshima and Nagaskija, symptoms can last up to 10 years and there is also a long-term increased risk of leukemia and lymphoma.

Yogurt - Benefits

Have you noticed that the yogurt section of most grocery stores has practically taken over the dairy aisle? It’s getting harder to find more traditional dairy foods, such as cottage cheese and sour cream, amid the sea of yogurt options. But it only makes sense that a food with as many health benefits as yogurt be given prime real estate in the supermarket.

And just what are the health benefits of yogurt?
First off, your body needs to have a healthy amount of ''good'' bacteria in the digestive tract, and many yogurts are made using active, good bacteria. One of the words you’ll be hearing more of in relation to yogurt is ''probiotics.'' Probiotic, which literally means ''for life,'' refers to living organisms that can result in a health benefit when eaten in adequate amounts.
